Bakhtier Khan

Mr. Bakhtier Khan, one of the Director of Shamrat Group of Companies. Presently, he is the Chairman of Emperor Securities & Wealth Management Ltd. He started business after completion of MBA Degree. He has a long and outstanding business experience for more than nine years and emerged himself as a prominent figure in business community.
Mr. Khan is also the Director of MBL Asset Management Ltd, Shamrat Cold Storage Ltd and Pinnacle Bicycle Industries Ltd.
In addition to his success in trade and business, Mr. Khan is reputed for his contribution to the fields of education and social welfare.

Md. Ikhtier Khan Prince

Md Ikhtier Khan Prince is one of the Director of Shamrat Group Of Companies. He has good experience in many business sector for more than five years and established himself as a young entrepreneur in business community.
Mr. Prince is the Managing Director of Pinnacle Bicycle Industries Ltd and Emperor Securities & Wealth Management Ltd. He is also the Director of Shamrat Cold Storage Ltd. In addition to his success in trade and business. Mr. Prince is also much reputed for his contribution to the field of education, health care services and social welfare. He is the secretary of Al-Hajj Aman Ullah Khan Foundation and Belal Khan Foundation.
Mr. Prince has also affiliation with different trade bodies and social organizations. His pleasant personality and amiable disposition is commendable.

M. A. Khan Belal

Mr. M.A. Khan Belal was born on of 2nd November, 1958 in a respectable Muslim family of Begumgonj, Noakhali. Mr. Belal obtained M.Sc (Chemistry) from Dhaka University. Mr. Belal has a high academic background and commendable experience in the field of Trade, Industry, Shipping, Banking and other businesses in Bangladesh. Shamrat Group of Companies Limited is one of the leading Group of Companies in Bangladesh and he is the Chairman of the Group.
Mr. Belal always remain engaged himself with various social, cultural, educational and religious organizations. He is the founder of Gopal Pur Foundation, Al-Haj Aman Ullah Khan Ideal Kindergarten and Al-Haj Aman Ullah Khan Hafezee Madrasha. He is also the Chairman of Podi Para Fazil Madrasha, Kachihata Dakhil Madrasha and K.M Bohumukhi Mohila Alim Madrasha. Mr. Belal was the Chairman of Gopal Pur Ali Haider High School and Ex-executive Member of the Siddheswari University College. He is also the Vice President of Noakhali Zilla Samity, Executive Member of the Mohammedan Sporting Club, Dhaka, Member of the Dhaka Club Limited and also the Member of the Noakhali Club. He was assumed the office of Region Chairman of the Lions Club of Dhaka Premier Dist 315-B1, Chairman Mannikka Nagar Dhakil Mohila Madrasha. Mr. Belal is also Advisor, Begumgonj Jubo Kallyan Samity, Advisor, Tulachara Manob Kallyan Club and President, Gopal Pur Ali Haider High School Ex- Student Kalyan Parishad. Mr. Belal donated in various sectors like orphanages, School, Mosque, Madrasha, Sports etc.

Morzina Khan Monzu

Mrs. Marzina Khan Manzu was born in the year 1970 in a respectable Muslim family and started business after completion of her education and she is the director of Shamrat Group of Companies.
Mrs. Marzina is a Sponsor of the Mercantile Bank PLC and she has long and successful business experience for more than 23 years in Bangladesh.
She is the Proprietor of Morzina Money Changer and the Chairman of Shamrat Cold Storage Ltd. She is also the Director of Pinnacle Bicycle Industries Ltd and Emperor Securities & Wealth Management Ltd. of Bangaldesh.
